How It Works:
Step 1 – Order Placed:
A customer places a new order on your Shopify or WooCommerce store.
Step 2 – Robo Call Sent:
An automated confirmation call is instantly sent to the customer.
Step 3 – Status Updated:
Based on the customer’s input, your order status and tags update automatically:
Press 1 → Order Confirmed
Press 2 → Order Cancelled
Press 3 → Call Back Requested
BizRoboCall automatically applies tags according to the customer’s response, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing.
BizRoboCall provides a complete real-time dashboard where you can monitor call activity, usage, and order verification status. All call details are also visible directly through our Shopify app and WooCommerce plugin.
Key Reporting & Usage Features:
Balance is only deducted on ANSWERED calls
Auto-retry on no answer: system retries every 30 minutes
Up to 3 attempts are made for each order
Default call timings: 10 AM to 10 PM
Calls placed after 10 PM are automatically sent the next day at 10 AM
24/7 calling can be enabled on request
